We ship Australia-wide from Hobart, Tasmania.
- Free shipping on all orders over $70.

For orders under $70:
- $5 local (Hobart & surrounds): postcodes 7000, 7004, 7006, 7007, 7008, 7009, 7010, 7015 and 7018.
- $10 flat everywhere else in Australia.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are, sent via Australia Post.
- We'll email tracking details where they're available.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & refunds
Our teas are a fresh, consumable food product, so for health and hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped.
But we stand behind every pack. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you're genuinely not happy with it, email us at tea@pick.green with your order number and we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer.
This satisfaction guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply. For a major problem with a product you're entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL, and nothing in this policy limits that.
