Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of pick.green and any order you place with us. By ordering, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Pick Green is a Tasmanian business based in Hobart, importing and selling certified organic gyokuro green tea from Sakamotoen, Kagoshima. You can reach us any time at tea@pick.green.
2. Orders
When you place an order it's an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error), and we'll refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at checkout. If we spot a genuine pricing error, we'll let you know before dispatching and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Our products
Tea is a natural product, so colour, aroma and flavour can vary a little between harvests. That's part of it. Product photos are a guide. Please check the listing for ingredients and allergen information, and enjoy responsibly.
5. Shipping & returns
Delivery, refunds and our satisfaction guarantee are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, they override anything here.
7. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product or order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Your information
We only collect the information we need to process your order and provide support, and we handle it responsibly. We don't sell your details to anyone.
9. Intellectual property
The content, images and branding on this site are ours, or used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
